As there are many artists registered with the site and the products are directly dealt by the artists, the items of each order will be shipped by the respective artists.
Prices All prices are in USD (US Dollars $) and exclude delivery costs. Prices for items displayed on the site are current but are subject to change at any time.
Guarantees Most of the items displayed on this site are sold by different artists/artists, are pieces of art and are therefore unique and cannot be replaced. In the very unlikely event of you receiving damaged or unordered goods, simply email us and we will either authorise you to return the goods to us or we will, at our discretion, either replace the goods or provide you with a refund. Please obtain our authorisation before you return any goods to us.
Applicable Laws Any purchase you make from us and all the rights associated with your purchase are governed by the laws of US of America and the Courts of USA shall have the sole and exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine all disputes in connection with anything arising from a purchase by you and us.
